It is wonderful to see The Wharf is at the 5th floor of construction and looking so tantalisingly close to heading for completion.

The Gate and The Wharf are distinctive to each other with their own modern identities yet have been designed to harmonise with The Mill and have a nod to the feeling of yesteryear, with historic elements fused with modern fundamentals and high end fixtures and fittings.
Shared communal facilities are in each of the buildings, with shared working and socialising areas, and residents’ gyms. The Gate houses the private swimming pool. Outside is a communal garden and barbeque area which encourages a community atmosphere.
