Our very own David Beckham returned to the pitch at The King Power Stadium…

Last year’s inaugural charity football match between ‘Hobbs FC’ and ‘The Barry Sawbridge XI’ proved to be so popular and raised a fantastic amount for charity, that they decided to do all it again.

Returning to the King Power Stadium, home to Leicester City Football Club, the players walked out to glorious applause from their fans. The Hobbs FC team adorned in HSSP sponsored kit, looked the part too.

Angela, Kirsty and Ros from HSSP went along to support James, as did his family, with much clapping and cheering encouraging everyone along. With a full-size pitch there is a lot of ground to cover but the Hobbs FC team did themselves proud and triumphed on the day.

Foxes mascot, Filbert Fox, also joined in the fun to much delight of the crowds.
