The Wharf, Waterside Village, Loughborough, is inching its way ever nearer to completion. It is amazing to see the roof terrace go from a wonderful concept on paper designed by Solus Homes, Bark Design Studios and HSSP Architects to materialising into real-life. One would never know driving by what wonders are to behold on this roof top.

In line with the ethos of Waterside Village, there is an assortment of luxury seated socialising areas of varying sizes and types that offer the opportunity for residents to mingle.

Two striking geodesic domes nestled within the grassed areas give an alternative ‘under the stars’ night time experience. Formed from interlocking hexagonal scales, these fire retardant Perspex spaces are superb meeting places that are a feast for the eye.

We are very much looking forward to seeing its eventual completion in the coming few weeks.
