We were delighted to hear the Melton Borough Council planning committee recently unanimously approved one of our applications for a replacement 2 storey dwelling and three new 1.5 storey dwellings which are in keeping with the palette of the local area.

The application had been recommended for approval by the planning officer and the committee too concurred the benefit the development would bring to the area. Sympathetic and proportional in terms of scale and mass, which will have minimal visual impact on the village perimeter and views beyond.

There will be a new public turning head to highways standards and a new passing place along the lane which are betterments over the existing arrangements.
