Some of our team will soon be taking to swimming pool waters for The Lions Swimarathon, whilst this Saturday just gone, Director of HSSP Architects, Richard Cooper, and Associate, Ian Lowe, attended the Melton Mowbray Rugby Football Club (MMRFC) Sponsors Day.
It was a great event which gave the sponsors the opportunity to talk to each other and share a buffet meal and drinks at the clubhouse. Once fortified, it was out to the pitch for the MMRFC 1st Team V’s Bedford Queens RFC match which resulted in a triumph to MMRFC of 29 – 21.
It is lovely that MMRFC recognise the value the sponsors bring to the club by not only displaying mounted placards in the clubhouse detailing who the sponsors are and having pitch boards around the pitch perimeter, but by putting on this very special Sponsors Day to say thank you.
Rugby runs through the veins of quite a few of the HSSP team and with Ian especially being a former county and regional player, and they love nothing more than shouting encouragement from the side lines and willing their team to win, hence we are also a sponsor for the kit for the Under 13’s impending Ashby Rugby Football Club tour.
