HSSP Architects are ecstatic to be behind three entries that have been shortlisted for the East Midlands Property Dinner Awards 2023. Celebrating and promoting the very best of the region’s property sector, these awards recognise strength, depth and quality from the past 12 months.

Old Hall Farm, Leicestershire is a finalist for ‘Design Excellence Award’ for HSSP Architects and developer CS Peat Building Contractors who have transformed derelict listed barns into beautiful family homes.

Solus Homes’ contribution to the urban built environment following the success of their new stunning apartment complex developments at Waterside Village, has been recognised with their shortlisting as ‘Residential Developer of the Year’.

HSSP Architects themselves are up for the ‘Skills and Apprenticeship Scheme Award’ with Katie and Joe leading the way by undertaking architectural apprentices through the practice.

The innovative designs and creative solutions are bespoke to each project and it is testament to the quality of HSSP, CS Peat Building Contractors and Solus Homes’ work that they have been recognised by these prestigious awards for their projects and their success.

The winners will be announced at the black tie dinner on 7 September 2023 at the De Vere East Midlands Conference Centre. Best of luck to all of the finalists.
