Rebecca Haresceugh

Rebecca joined HSSP Architects for her placement year following graduation from The University of Nottingham in 2024.

Descending from a line of engineers on both sides of her family, and with a grandfather being a talented woodworker, she got used to overhearing technical conversations from a young age. Having always been creative but wishing to apply this practically, architecture was the degree for her.

She is enjoying her placement with HSSP as it is giving her the opportunity to see the different avenues of the role and how they intwine.

Away from work, Rebecca likes poking around farmers markets and her creativity flows into the kitchen too as she’s a real foody with a mean arsenal of dishes – samosa chaat, shallot dauphinoise and coffee cake to name a few – so it’s round to hers for dinner!
